Good day,
Unfortunately my Canon R7 stopped working when I slipped during a phototrip in Lofoten Islands in Norway recently, and the camera (and myself!) got in contact with seawater. camera died. Im OK. I will buy a new R7 (insurance coverage), however I was wondering if anyone has advise what to do with the defect R7 body. could I sell it for spare parts ? LCD screen, viewfinder, buttons/switches, even the sensor I think are all in good order. I can feel/hear the IBIS move when I move the body. The camera has just faulted on the motherboard circuit/power supply short circuit. Advice welcome! based in Netherlands/Europe by the way.
