Thanks! I tried to shoot some water drops even though I don't have a macro lens yet.

A common loon on First Connecticut Lake in Pittsburg, New Hampshire. This is a very cropped shot that I was able to get with the loon fairly far out on the water. I was not expecting loons (it is a busy picnic area and a very large lake) but initially this bird surfaced 20 feet in from of me as I just got there. I wasn't ready with my R7 and RF100-400 lens  so I had to settle for a longer range photo once it dove and resurfaced

Hi Don,

A truly wonderful set of images, each well composed shot holding a treasure of interest for the viewer.

The colours are achingly beautiful (and wow, those waterfalls!), (and those birds!) - very nice!

A great way to start our Monday morning - thank you for sharing... :)

A few more images from our recent visit to Portmeirion, Gwynedd, Wales. These being from the grounds and estuary (aka the 'larger area map'!).

(Shot raw and processed with: DxO PhotoLab Elite/ Nik Collection, Adobe Lightroom Classic/ Photoshop with TK-9 Panels and Topaz Labs Studio 2).

Phil and Karen

Also of note, we're away after tomorrow for a few days (so no feedback from us until we return) - please keep up the great work, we'll be back... :)
