I don't think we have a cormorant thread so I thought I'd start one. Here's a young cormorant I spotted on the River Teme in Ludlow on the weekend. Cropped here to 4000px.

Taken last year not long after I'd bought the R5. I'd gone out for walk just to see how good it was with the coverter and Sigma 150-600 sport lens. They work well together

This cormorant was a regular visitor to our condo retention pond early this fall. He preferred to ride around on the fake swans (meant to deter the neighborhood geese) and scan for fish. I called him Cormy the Pirate. :cool:
