I'm in the process of getting up to speed with the RF100mm.
Given my previous less than satisfying attempts at macro shots, focus bracketing is giving me hope for better flower and insect shots this year.
In the test shot below, the queen is in the rear and the rook (beserker) on the right is closest to the lense. The RF100 was mounted on an Oben table top tripod.
These next two are not focus bracketed.
