Some winter time walkaround pics with my daughter. R10 + EF-S 55-250 IS II
Hi Josh,

Three different, but equally fascinating, images - we love the two wildlife shots (the squirrel is an absolute cutie!), but our favourite is the one of your daughter (you caught a terrific moment, with the pose/ look and background combining to paint a vivid winter picture - makes us want to put some extra clothing on just looking at it! ).

Thank you for sharing... :)

Thanks! It is our regular winter, yesterday (shot time) was just around -15C. Today is around -30, more light, but less desire to go around. LOL

The storm clouds were beautiful today in the Sierra foothills near Penryn, CA, but it was cold and wet and I couldn't stay out long enough to really nail the compositions. But a bad day with a camera is better than a good day doing anything else.

Hi Bartek,

We certainly do 'like it'! Four terrific captures of beautiful creatures - the fox and deer are absolutely enthralling (and are our joint favourites).

Thank you for sharing... :)

Hi Steven,

A wonderful set of captures - well worth the effort (we hope you've warmed up again by now!).

Beautiful skies indeed - a splendid backdrop to the leading line rail and stark tree-top compositions (and that dreamy looking mist is right up our alley).

Thank you for sharing... :)

With the seemingly endless rains mercifully abating for a few seconds at the end of last week, I ventured out into the local woods for a trudge in the mud.

The resultant haul gave me a chance to try out and refine my new Loupedeck CT set-ups, which added to the fun. Some of the shots are shown below.

Venue - Hartshill Country Park, Warwickshire, England.

(Shot raw and processed with: DxO PhotoLab Elite, Adobe Lightroom Classic/ Photoshop and Topaz Labs Photo AI).
