Gorgeous shot!Week 9.
A little unexpected snow,, threw on the snow pants, coat and hat and sat in the snow and watched the junco's and other little birds enjoy themselves at the feeders.View attachment 8145
Thank you so much, Kathryn!Gorgeous shot!
Gorgeous image! I love the wing position, showing the flight feathers on the far side and the eye peaking out at you on the near. Beautiful detail!Week 40 - This Snowy Owl was too shy to stop for a picture. She flew parallel to gravel road we were driving on and I shot pictures while my husband drove. It was pretty tricky to keep her in the frame because it was bumpy so my camera was constantly moving up and down. Great workout for eye tracking.

I really like the color of the grass and how you showed the wear and tear of the building. Nice shot!Week 2 : Echos of the Past
Remnants of past eras of homesteading on the prairies in Canada have remained for decades but are now deteriorating at an increased rate. Most collapse soon after they get to this stage and then vanish, erasing their existence, so future generations do not have them as a reminder of their history.
